Lead Generation & Qualification: Screen callers to check their creditworthiness, financial requirements, and basic eligibility. Follow-Ups: Nurture warm leads and track pending or in-progress loan applications through coordination with sales/processing teams.
Query & Objection Handling: Answer customer questions, resolve doubts, and handle rejections with a calm, qualified demeanor. Database & CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date call logs, customer notes, and status updates in the CRM software.
