Job OverviewWe are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for Domestic Voice Process – Sales & Customer Service roles.

Candidates with valuable communication skills, a positive attitude and an interest in customer interaction are encouraged to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Assist customers with product and service-related queries.
Explain products, services, offers and schemes to customers.
Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales and customer service targets.

Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th Pass or Graduates.
Positive verbal communication skills.
Basic English and Hindi / regional language proficiency as per process requirements.
Basic computer knowledge.
