STEM Trainer – Drones, Coding & AI immediate joiners only StrategyM Tech Innovations is seeking a passionate and technically proficient STEM Trainer to deliver hands-on technology education to school students. The role involves teaching Drone Technology, Block-Based Coding, Python Programming and Artificial Intelligence through interactive classroom sessions and practical projects.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct interactive STEM training sessions for students from Grades 1–12.
Teach block-based programming using Scratch/Blockly and Python.
Train students in drone assembly, aerodynamics, flight operations and safety protocols.
Introduce autonomous drone programming using block-based and Python-based tools.
Teach foundational AI and Machine Learning concepts, including image and speech recognition.
Introduce students to generative AI applications and prompt engineering.
Guide students through practical technology projects and hands-on activities.



Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in B.
Tech, B.
E., BCA, B.
Sc. or a related technical discipline.
Proficiency in Python and block-based programming.
Understanding of drone components, flight controllers, motors and sensors.
Familiarity with introductory AI tools and microcontrollers is an added advantage. Required Skills

Ability to simplify technical concepts for school students.
Patience, classroom management and student engagement skills.
