Job Title: US Tax Associate – International Voice Process

Shift Timing: Night Shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Work Mode: Work from Office
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates to join our US Taxation team as US Tax Associates. The selected candidates will handle international voice calls with US-based clients and assist them with tax-related queries and documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients.
Communicate with clients professionally and understand their tax-related requirements.
Collect necessary tax documents and information from clients.
Follow up with clients for pending documents and required details.
Assist clients with basic US taxation queries.
Maintain accurate client information and update call records.
Coordinate with the internal tax preparation team.
Ensure excellent customer service and effective communication.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
