Key Responsibilities:
Manage smart meter installation, replacement, testing and commissioning.
Handle LT, LTP and LTP-2 metering activities.
Manage meter reading, recovery, disconnection and reconnection.
Coordinate with field teams, consumers and internal stakeholders.
Monitor HES/MDM, meter data and billing-related activities.
Identify meter issues, tampering and irregularities and coordinate resolution.
Support revenue recovery and reduction of commercial losses.
Prepare field reports and ensure timely closure of meter-related cases.
