IT Recruiter – Contract to Hire (C2H)

Location: Venkateshapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Work from office)

Immediate joiners only

Role Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles – sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and joining.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals and networking.
Understand technical requirements and screen candidates on skills, experience, notice period and CTC expectations.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and share timely feedback.
Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates until joining.
Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
Positive understanding of IT technologies and roles.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Must be able to join immediately.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
