Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp inquiries and follow-ups.

NMC)
EV Scooty &
E-Rickshaw Batteries
Solar Power Solutions
Maintain customer details, quotations, sales orders and follow-up records in Tally / Excel / CRM.
Prepare quotations, sales invoices and other basic documents in Tally Prime.
Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and pending payments.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams.
Achieve monthly calling, inquiry generation and sales targets.
Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi; basic English preferred).
Basic knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Experience in telecalling, sales or customer handling preferred.
Ability to convince customers and generate sales.

Positive follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
