Job Responsibilities – Sales Manager1. Sales Strategy and Business Development
Develop monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans.
Set individual targets for sales executives and team leaders.
Identify recent markets and potential investors.
Develop strategies for residential, commercial, industrial and farmhouse land sales.
Generate business through corporate clients, HNIs, investors and channel partners.
Build relationships with builders, brokers and business associates.
Team Management and Leadership
Manage and supervise the complete sales team.
Allocate leads to sales executives.
Conduct daily morning sales meetings.
Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, meetings and site visits.
Train employees in sales pitching, negotiation and closing techniques.
Review individual performance and improve team productivity.
Recruit and develop current sales talent in coordination with HR.
Lead Generation and Conversion
Develop lead generation strategies.
Monitor leads coming through digital marketing, advertisements, references and brokers.
Ensure timely follow-up of every enquiry.




Monitor conversion ratios.
Handle high-value clients personally.
Participate in significant client meetings and negotiations.
Revenue and Target Achievement
Ensure monthly booking and revenue targets.
Monitor booking value and actual collections.
Improve sales conversion and reduce lost opportunities.
Develop current revenue channels.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors.
Handle customer complaints and escalations.
Ensure transparency in property information.
Coordinate site visits and documentation.
Maintain customer satisfaction before and after booking.
Coordination and Administration
Coordinate with accounts, legal, marketing and operations departments.
Ensure proper documentation of bookings.
Monitor payment follow-ups.
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Present sales performance reports to senior management.
