Recruitment Manager leads an organization's talent acquisition strategy, managing full-cycle hiring and overseeing a team of recruiters to find, evaluate, and hire top talent.
Develop and execute long-term recruitment strategies that match company growth goals and budgets.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and supervise recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
Collaboration: Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to define role requirements and skill sets.
Full-Cycle Oversight: Oversee job postings, active sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
Metrics & Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Employer Branding & Pipelines: Build proactive talent pools and promote the company culture across multiple channels.

Ensure all hiring practices follow local labor laws and equal employment chance regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology.
Experience: Positive experience in end to end recruitment cycle working for construction and manufacturing companies across India
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and sourcing platforms.
Soft Skills: Robust communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
