Responsibilities
Processing of Vendor bills, Import payment, ven ageing and its review, Import duty payment, TDS working and monthly payment, TDS Return filing, GSTR-1 GST working and reconciliation, GSTR 3B working and filing for all states, Annual GST Filing return, prepaid work overall vendor management.
Process Purchase Return in SAP
Process Duty Payment and entry posting in SAP
Utility bill booking and payment
Import Payment and ageing , Rejection Booking Import
Vendor Ageing
TDS Working and Payment
TDS and TCS Return working and filed Return
194R TDS Working
GSTR-1 Working, GSTR - 2B working and reconciliation and GSTR - 3B working and payment, ITC-04 Return Working




GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C Working
Prepaid Working and entry posting
GIT Entry posting
Vendor Clearing
IDPMS Report
All audit related Schedule-GST TDS

Candidate Profile

B.Com or M.Com experience of 4 to 5 years in Accounts payable, TDS and GST working - monthly and yearly return filing along with reconciliation.
