Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled LLM Engineer with solid expertise in Python, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, and deploying scalable, production-ready AI applications using contemporary LLM frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy LLM-powered applications and Generative AI solutions.
Build RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
Implement prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM fine-tuning.
Develop scalable AI applications and integrate APIs.
Evaluate, optimize, and monitor LLM performance.





Required Skills
Strong Python programming.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases, and Semantic Search.
LangChain and LlamaIndex.
Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering.
LLM Fine-Tuning (SFT, LoRA, QLoRA).
Model Evaluation, Optimization, and Performance Tuning.
AI Application Development, API Integration, and MLOps.

Good to Have: LangGraph, Agentic AI, MCP, and strong problem-solving skills.

Candidate Requirements
3–5 years of relevant hands-on experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
