Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Product Manager to define, prioritize, and drive the strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform across the organization. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, architects, and platform owners to maximize business value, improve user experiences, and ensure alignment between organizational objectives and ServiceNow capabilities.

The ServiceNow Product Manager will own the platform vision, manage the product backlog, prioritize enhancements, and lead the delivery of ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise service management and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy Roadmap
Define and maintain the ServiceNow product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
Align ServiceNow capabilities with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
Identify prospects to optimize processes, automate workflows, and improve user experiences.
Evaluate recent ServiceNow features and releases to drive platform innovation.

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business leaders,



process owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow platform-related business needs.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, governance meetings, and roadmap reviews.
Communicate product strategy, priorities, and delivery status to executive leadership.

Product Backlog Management
Own and prioritize the ServiceNow product backlog based on business value, risk, and strategic objectives.
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
Partner with development and platform teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
Balance competing priorities across multiple ServiceNow modules and business functions.

Platform Governance Optimization
Establish platform governance standards and best practices.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational requirements.
