About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our Edtech Team at Ardee Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate workflows, and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent applications.
Build and integrate Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions using APIs and open-source models.
Develop AI-powered automation tools, chatbots, and workflow solutions.
Work with Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks to build scalable applications.
Integrate AI solutions with existing software, databases, APIs, and business systems.
Explore and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and prompt engineering where applicable.
Collaborate with software developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to identify AI use cases.
Test, evaluate, debug, and optimize AI systems for accuracy, performance, security, and scalability.
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend practical solutions for business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.




Solid programming skills in Python.
Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and AI fundamentals.
Experience with LLMs, generative AI, and AI APIs.
Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
Understanding of REST APIs, databases, and software development practices.
Knowledge of Git, deployment workflows, and cloud platforms is an advantage.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience building and deploying production-ready AI applications.
Familiarity with RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
Experience integrating AI into existing products or business workflows.
A portfolio of AI projects or relevant GitHub repositories.

What We’re Looking For A proactive and curious skilled who can translate business requirements into practical AI solutions, take ownership of projects, and work collaboratively with the technology team.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
