KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Store Design & Planning
Design and develop retail store layouts and concepts
Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
Prepare detailed MEP designs
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and customer experience
Work on space planning, fixtures, and visual merchandising alignment
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and consultants
Coordinate with internal teams (projects, operations, marketing)
Ensure timely procurement of materials and resources
Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to design standards, safety norms, and quality benchmark.
Monitor finishing, materials, and overall store aesthetics
Maintain consistency across all store formats

4.Project Management & Reporting
Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables




Maintain documentation and reports for ongoing projects
Handle multiple store projects simultaneously across regions

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Solid expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Illustrator
Good understanding of retail store design and execution
Solid project management and coordination skills
Attention to detail with a robust design sense
Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines
Problem-solving mindset with on-ground decision-making ability
Good communication and stakeholder management skills

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
1.5 years of experience in retail/store design projects
Experience in handling multiple store rollouts preferred
