We are seeking an experienced Early Years Expert Facilitator to join our AC - Academics department. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in early childhood education and a passion for facilitating learning experiences for young children.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and implement engaging curriculum for early years students
Facilitate interactive and hands-on learning activities
Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents
Collaborate with other educators to enhance the learning workplace
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in early childhood education
Robust understanding of child development principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
