Senior M365 / Intune Client Management Specialist

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.

We are looking for an experienced M365 / Intune Specialist to manage Microsoft 365 services, endpoint management, device configurations and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Administer Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online and OneDrive).
Manage Microsoft Intune and endpoint devices.
Configure device enrollment, compliance policies and security baselines.
Manage Windows Autopilot and application deployment.
Develop PowerShell scripts for automation.
Support endpoint security, patch management and troubleshooting.
Maintain technical documentation and platform standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and ITIL processes.

Required Skills




5–8 years of IT experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and M365.
Knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access and MFA.
Experience in endpoint and configuration management.
Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting.
Understanding of ITIL, Agile and contemporary workplace architecture.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications
MD-102 – Endpoint Administrator Associate.
Microsoft 365 / Azure certifications.
