Understand and deliver the design vision and concept of Bhartiya City through coordination with internal and external teams.
Prepare architectural drawings, details as and when necessary.
Assist in compiling data architectural plans, specifications, reports etc
Prepare documents relating to construction / designs (MOM, presentations, coordination for the architect certificates, RFI closures etc.)
Assist the preparation of the feasibility of project, proposals & presentations
Coordinate with engineers, contractors & other stakeholders
Conduct Site visits and gather necessary data to support execution team
Assist senior architects in the design development process from concept to execution for high-rise residential buildings.
Collaborate effectively with external consultants, including architects, structural, MEP engineers, and other specialists.
Ensure coordinated issuance of GFC drawings as per project schedules
