We are inviting an experienced Software Product development- Project Manager to lead delivery of AI/Generative AI-driven applications, including chatbots, voice AI systems, and automation platforms.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end execution of AI projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals.

Key Skills (Must Have):
Software Product Development- Project Management (Agile Scrum Waterfall)
Experience managing AI ML GenAI projects
Understanding of LLMs, Chatbots, and AI workflows
Project Planning, Scheduling & Resource Management
Stakeholder Management & Client Communication
Risk Management & Issue Resolution
Budgeting & Cost Control
Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, ClickUp (or similar)
Experience in AI Chatbots (Text Voice Video) projects
Exposure to Agentic AI, RAG pipelines, or LLM integrations
Experience in SaaS or multi-tenant platforms




Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
PMP Scrum Master Certification
Experience in automation or BPO-related AI solutions

Core Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of AI-based applications and platforms
Coordinate with AI engineers, developers, QA, and DevOps teams
Plan project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews)
Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution
Ensure quality delivery of AI solutions (chatbots, voice bots, automation tools)
Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients regularly
Track KPIs, performance metrics, and project outcomes
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with delivery standards.
