We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Security Officer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in the field.
Roles and Responsibility
Implement and maintain security protocols to ensure the safety and integrity of the organization's assets.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Develop and implement incident response plans to mitigate potential security threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Provide training and awareness programs on security best practices to employees.
Monitor and analyze security event logs to detect potential security incidents.
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in security operations or a related field.
Robust knowledge of security principles, technologies, and regulations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced workplace and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with other solutions and frameworks such as FFWW is preferred.
