Job Summary

EnveeTech is seeking a qualified and motivated Fa ade Designer - Inventor Modeler to join our team at Infopark, Kochi.

Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed 3D fa ade models using Inventor AutoCAD
Prepare shop, GA, fabrication, and installation drawings
Model curtain walls (unitized stick), cladding, glazing, and louvers
Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams
Extract BOQs, schedules, and material take-offs
Update models based on RFIs, design changes, and site feedback

Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor s in Engineering or related field
Experience as an Inventor Modeler - Fa ade
Solid knowledge of fa ade systems, materials, and fixing methods
Understanding of BIM standards, LOD, and coordination workflows
Valuable communication and attention to detail
