Roles Responsibilities
Define and execute strategic business development plans
Identify recent markets, enterprise clients, and large deal opportunities
Manage end-to-end sales cycles for key and strategic accounts
Lead client meetings, solution presentations, and negotiations
Build strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders
Mentor and guide BDEs to improve performance and conversions
Own sales pipelines, forecasts, and revenue targets
Work closely with leadership on pricing strategies and deal structuring
Coordinate with technical, product, and delivery teams
Represent the company at client meetings, events,



and networking forums

Required Skills Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of proven experience in B2B IT / SaaS / ERP / Software sales
Robust leadership, negotiation, and strategic selling skills
Experience handling large accounts and high-value deals
Expertise in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and reporting
Ability to mentor teams and drive consistent revenue growth

Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent management qualification
Experience working with corporate and government clients
Prior experience leading or mentoring a sales team
