Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
35 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Skills & Experience
Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, Excel, SQL, and other enterprise HR platforms e.g. Workday, ServiceNow, Greenhouse.
Experience using Python or R for data analysis is preferred.
Working knowledge of statistical techniques, including regression, forecasting, segmentation, and trend analysis.
Experience analyzing large datasets and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations for business audiences.
Ability to partner effectively with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, or machine learning concepts is a plus.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
