Job Description: Customer Relationship Executive

Role: Customer Service & Field Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers for bank KYC, onboarding, activation, and resolution of customer queries.
Explain the perks of Forex Cards and cross-sell products such as international travel insurance, eSIM, and forex cash.
Build solid customer relationships and generate referrals for additional product sales.
Maintain accurate lead status updates and escalate customer issues when required.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any stream is mandatory.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
Robust interpersonal skills and the ability to handle HNI customers.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience in financial product sales or customer service will be an added advantage.

Experience: 0–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles.

Additional Requirements:
Personal two-wheeler preferred.
Local travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.
