Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in B2B/Industrial Sales, preferably in the petrochemical, manufacturing, industrial fuels, or infrastructure sectors. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business prospects across industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Drive sales of Bitumen, Bitumen Emulsion, LDO, Furnace Oil, and other industrial fuel products.
Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturing units, industrial consumers, road contractors, and hot mix plants.
Generate leads, conduct market visits, negotiate commercial terms, and convert prospects into customers.




Achieve assigned sales targets and drive territory-wise revenue growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, and regular sales reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
3–5 years of experience in B2B, industrial, or field sales.
Relevant exposure to petrochemicals, bitumen, industrial fuels, manufacturing, or infrastructure industries.
Strong business development, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Positive communication and commercial understanding.
Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
