Role & responsibilities :
Drive seamless and effective store operations every day
Maintain inventory accuracy, store hygiene, and process adherence
Analyze store metrics to identify gaps and drive improvements
Ensure accurate order fulfilment and on-time delivery
Make quick, thoughtful decisions to remove operational bottlenecks before they impact customers or the business
Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, stock control, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee store supervision, including training and development of team members to achieve sales targets.
Implement effective shrinkage control measures to minimize losses and optimize profitability.
Develop and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and sales data using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to retail store operations.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification




Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty & health industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High ownership and a bias for action, with the ability to identify problems and solve them proactively
Strong analytical thinking and a passion for operational excellence
Customer obsession thats reflected in every action and decision
The ability to build trust, collaborate effectively, and bring the best out of teams
Solid knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
