Job Description Non-IT Recruiter (RPO Project)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with a strong background in manufacturing industry hiring. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various plant, production, engineering, quality, maintenance, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment within the manufacturing industry.
Handle hiring for Production, Quality, Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, Stores, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other plant functions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
Drive bulk hiring and lateral recruitment as per business requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers and plant heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on role requirements.




Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, salary negotiations, and offer releases.
Manage candidate follow-ups, offer acceptance, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and regular hiring reports.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
1–5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Robust understanding of manufacturing and plant-level hiring requirements.
Experience in sourcing ITI, Diploma, Engineering, and experienced shop-floor professionals.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Positive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and meet recruitment deadlines.
