In this role, youll lead Taleo configurations, support enterprise-wide projects, and enhance user experiences across the platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve complex issues, and deliver scalable system improvements.
Role & Responsibility:
Provide functional and technical expertise for recent Taleo initiatives.
Configure the Taleo platform to enhance internal and external user experience.
Participate in enterprise-wide project teams to solve complex business problems.
Resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues related to web tools and integrations.
Perform detailed configuration and manage code migrations between settings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process and system improvements.
Oversee design, deployment,
and compliance of new Taleo functionalities.
Skills & Experience:
814 years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support of Taleo applications.
Strong expertise in Taleo Connect Client (TCC) integrations.
Background in corporate talent acquisition operations and strategy is a plus.
Solid understanding of data architecture and system integrations.
Proven ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and work independently in energetic environments.
Excellent communication skills with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
