Key Responsibilities
Proficiency in multiple South Indian languages- Tamil & Kannada, required to support business users across South India region
Provide day-to-day IT support for Salesforce (SFDC) application, ensuring smooth business operations.
Troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and incidents within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Understand business requirements and system workflows to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
Coordinate with business users and relevant technical teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Ensure minimal disruption to business operations through proactive issue management and effective communication.
Is flexible to accommodate business working hours and support requirements, including shift adjustments when necessary.
Key Skills and Competencies
Good understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) applications, system functionality, and end-to-end business processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand system behaviour and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Ability to learn recent systems, tools, processes,



and business workflows quickly.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with business users and technical stakeholders.
Good sense of ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple support requests, and work effectively under pressure.
Flexibility to work in alignment with business operating hours and adjust working schedules as required by business needs.
