Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance proofs of concept, automations, analytics solutions, and AI-enabled tools for finance process improvement.
Translate business requirements and process challenges into practical technical solutions.
Analyze operational data and process flows to identify prospects to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
Build, test, troubleshoot, and refine prototypes based on business feedback and evolving requirements.
Support pilot implementations, solution handoffs, perks measurement, and technical documentation.

Skills Required:
5 - 8 years of experience in automation, analytics, business process improvement, digital transformation, or related technology delivery roles.




Hands-on experience with automation solutions and technology-enabled process improvement.
Practical experience using Python and Microsoft SQL for data analysis, solution development, or business automation.
Experience applying Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI to business or operational use cases.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work with structured and unstructured data.

Valuable to Have:
Experience with finance processes, Power BI, and process mapping.

Education: B.E. or B.Sc. degree, preferably in Applied Electronics, Mechanical, or a related discipline.
