Role & responsibilities
Job Description
Maintenance on Store Electrical systems (fuse boxes, control panels, light fittings, emergency lighting, lighted signage, etc.).
Proactive approach in Maintenance system.
Fire-Fighting installations, CCTV installations and access control.
Analyze the store complaints in depth and assign the technicians based on the priority.
Receiving the complaints like Electrical, HVAC from various stores. Segregate and Categorize the issues, solve those issues over the phone call.
Find out the suitable vendor in remote locations and capable in Negotiating.
Execute the works as per plan on time.
