Role & responsibilities
3 to 7 years of experience in Proposal Writing, RFP Writing, Bid Management or Proposal Management.
Experience in US Staffing / US IT Staffing / Recruitment / RPO / Staffing Services is preferred.
Solid understanding of RFP, RFI, RFQ and proposal management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong business writing, editing and proofreading skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Robust research, analytical and documentation skills.
Excellent stakeholder coordination and project management abilities.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals.
