An Agency FLS (Front Line Sales) role in the insurance and financial services industry is a field-based position responsible for driving business growth by recruiting, training, and managing a network of Financial Advisors (FAs), Insurance Managers (IMs), or agents

Core Responsibilities
Advisor Recruitment & Onboarding: Scout, interview, and onboard recent insurance agents or financial advisors according to assigned manpower targets.
Sales Target Achievement: Drive business generation, premium collections, cross-selling, and renewal targets through your team of advisors.
Training & Coaching: Educate advisors on life or health insurance products, pitch techniques, customer handling, and regulatory guidelines.
Advisor Activation & Productivity: Motivate new and existing agents, conduct joint field calls, track performance via MIS (Management Information System) reports, and support underperformers.
Compliance & Servicing:



Ensure all agents comply with IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) regulations, ethical sales practices, KYC guidelines, and assist with policy issuance and claims support.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate in any stream (Commerce, Business, or Finance preferred)
Experience: Generally ranges from 6 months to 5 years of experience in sales, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), or agency channel sales. Freshers with robust communication skills are occasionally hired for entry-level FLS designations
