Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end product development (NPI)
Mechanical machine design
Sheet metal, weldment, and fabrication design
Structural analysis using ANSYS or equivalent (FEA)
GDT, tolerances, and engineering calculations
Material selection and optimization
Required Skills:
SolidWorks (preferred) or any CAD tool
FEA/structural analysis knowledge
Sheet metal and assembly design
Robust understanding of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability (DFM/DFA)
