Primary Responsibilities:
Provide operational support for critical business applications and infrastructure.
Participate in P1/P2 incident management activities, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to restore services.
Ensure all incidents and service requests are resolved within defined SLA and SLO targets.
Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring incidents.
Manage incident backlog and prioritize remediation activities.
Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, observability, and dashboard solutions.
Implement automation solutions for operational tasks, deployments, monitoring, and compliance activities.
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges at enterprise scale.




Leverage AI and automation technologies to improve incident detection, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
Explore cutting-edge solutions to enhance reliability engineering practices and operational workflows.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide support during critical incidents and major events.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, or Operations Engineering.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, or similar.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, container platforms, and cloud-native architectures is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
Exposure to AI/ML technologies and operational AI solutions.
