Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced VFX Recruiter with solid industry connections and proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment for VFX, animation, film production, and post-production.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and hire specialised talent, including Compositors, Roto Artists, Matchmove Artists, Lighting Artists, FX Artists, CG Artists, and 3D Artists.
Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, industry networks, and direct sourcing.
Maintain strong connections with VFX studios, animation companies, and creative professionals across India.
Manage candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, offers, and joining follow-ups.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical skills, project requirements, and hiring priorities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, meet hiring targets, and ensure timely closures.

Required Skills:




4–10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in VFX, animation, gaming, or media and entertainment.
Hands-on experience in VFX artist hiring, animation recruitment, creative recruitment, and specialist talent sourcing.
Understanding of VFX production pipelines, visual effects, compositing, CG, and post-production roles.
Solid sourcing, networking, screening, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, and recruitment tracking tools.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver against hiring timelines.

Mandatory: Candidates must have proven VFX/animation recruitment experience, a solid industry network, and willingness to relocate to Hyderabad.
