We are seeking a Workday Technical Production Support Consultan with robust expertise in Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, and AMS/Production Support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, enhancing, and supporting Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Advantages, Recruiting, and Financial modules.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for Workday integrations and technical objects.
Monitor and troubleshoot Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, PECI, and PICOF integrations.
Analyze integration failures and perform root cause analysis.
Support inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
Work with business users to resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
Develop minor enhancements and bug fixes for existing integrations.
Support Workday releases, testing, deployment, and post-production validation.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Participate in on-call support and incident management activities.
Collaborate with HRIS, functional, payroll, and external vendor teams.
