About the role

Were looking for a Business Operations Associate to support the day-to-day delivery and growth of SIGNN’s solutions for health care clients, and other organisations. You’ll coordinate with client teams, help onboard users, support workshops and product demonstrations, and keep follow-ups and operational records organised.

This role suits someone who communicates clearly, follows through on commitments, and is comfortable working in a growing company where priorities can change.

Key responsibilities
Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and client teams to arrange meetings, demonstrations, workshops, and follow-ups.
Support client onboarding, staff orientation, and the rollout of SIGNN tools and workflows.
Gather operational feedback and document issues, requests, and agreed next steps.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, workshop participation, action items, and progress.
Prepare basic reports, presentations, checklists, and client updates.
Work with internal product and operations teams to route client feedback and track resolutions.
Support the founder with business operations, scheduling, research, and other coordination tasks.
Communicate professionally with client stakeholders,



including administrators, HR teams, nursing leaders, and doctors.

What we’re looking for
Robust spoken and written communication skills.
Valuable organisation, follow-through, and attention to detail.
Confidence speaking with clients and coordinating with people at different levels.
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, documents, and online meeting tools.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings or workshops when required.
A practical, adaptable approach to working in a startup workplace.

Preferred qualifications
Graduate in business, management, healthcare administration, communications, or a related field.
Prior experience in business operations, customer success, client coordination, healthcare, or sales support is helpful, but not essential.
Familiarity with hospitals or clinics is an advantage.
