Key Responsibilities
Operate CAD/CAM software to prepare and modify engineering designs and manufacturing drawings.
Generate CNC programs for machining operations as per production requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and technical specifications.
Support CNC machine setup, tool selection, and machining operations, as applicable.
Verify component dimensions and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Optimize tool paths and machining parameters to improve production efficiency.
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues and coordinate with the production team.
Maintain CNC programs, design files, and relevant production documentation.
Follow workplace safety procedures and manufacturing quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
ITI, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Tool and Die Making, or a related field.




Minimum 2+ years of experience as a CAD/CAM Operator in the manufacturing industry.
Hands-on knowledge of CAD/CAM software such as Autodesk Powershape Ultimate (For CAD) ,Autodesk Powermill (For CAM)
Hands on Software (Powershape Delcam is preferred)
Basic knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand dimensions and tolerances.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and component inspection.
Positive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience
Experience in CNC milling, turning, or VMC operations.
Knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, and tool paths.
Experience in a manufacturing or production workplace.
