Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Education: Minimum 12th Pass
Job Responsibilities:Handle customer calls, queries, and complaints professionally.
Provide accurate information and suitable solutions to customers.
Resolve customer issues within the required timeline.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Follow up with customers when required.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:Minimum 12th pass qualification.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
Candidates should be willing to work in Bengaluru.
