*Language Skills - English + Hindi ( Mandatory)
*6 working days - 1 Rotational off
*Rotational Shift - Work From Office
*Age max - 28 DAY SHIFT.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
Assist customers with process-related questions and concerns.
Maintain qualified communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
Follow defined process guidelines and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
