Role Summary
inbound/outbound s. Focus on customers related queries resolving understanding their needs.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound/inbound s to generate and convert leads
Explain product features, perks, premiums, and policies to customers
Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow-up with prospects
Provide excellent customer service and ensure compliance
*Eligibility Criteria
Education: PUC Graduate Both can apply
Experience: Fresher or Experienced candidates welcome
Languages: Hindi & English
Skills: Positive communication, convincing skills, target-driven mindset
Working Days: 6 days working with 1 rotational off.
