Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to promote learning and growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
Design and deliver coaching and mentoring programs to support career development.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Manage training budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources.

Job Requirements




Proven experience in training and development, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a versatile and adaptable approach.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
