Candidates with real estate experience/ Industrial & Warehouse Leasing should apply
Market intelligence i.e. market mapping for existing & upcoming industrial/warehousing supplies
Develop & maintain relations with occupiers, developers, landlords & brokers
Keeping a track of land transactions & pricing thereof
Competition mapping i.e. keeping track of industrial and warehousing transactions
Create & update database in Savills formats and IT platforms
Populating the option sheets for the team/Clients
Creating Property Information Memorandums
Conducting site visits with the Clients as and when required
Local and outstation travelling
To apply Must to have:
Experience with Industrial Land / Warehousing
Relationship with developers/suppliers
Existing database of available supply in the Mumbai and MMR markets
