Accounts Executive (Manufacturing / Plant Accounts)

The Role:
Handle day-to-day accounting, billing, and tax compliance for our manufacturing and packaging plant.
Day-to-Day Accounting: Bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations in Tally / ERP.
Invoicing & Billing: Generate GST e-invoices, e-way bills, and dispatch documentation for customer orders.
Payables & Receivables: Track vendor payments, raw material purchase bills, and follow up on customer outstanding collections.
Taxation & Compliance: Prepare basic GST return data (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS computations, and coordinate with the CA for periodic audits.

Requirements:
Experience: 25 years of hands-on accounting experience (preferably in a manufacturing, factory, or trading business).
Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent finance degree.
Skills: Proficient in Tally (ERP 9 / Prime), MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables), GST portal, and E-way bill generation.
Location: In office full-time at plant/office.
