Role Overview:

We're seeking motivated individuals for our Tele Collections process, focusing on recovering outstanding dues and delivering excellent customer interactions. As a Tele Collections Executive, you'll play a key role in maintaining healthy customer relationships and driving collections targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound s to customers for payment follow-ups
Communicate effectively with customers to resolve outstanding dues
Maintain accurate records and update customer interactions
Meet daily collections targets and performance metrics
Provide a positive customer experience

Requirements:
12th or graduation qualification
