Job Responsibilities
Handle phosphate coating plant operations, including production and quality.
Maintain quality and environmental management standards, including IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Drive process improvement initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Manage manpower and production line balancing.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Support project management and continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Manpower handling and line-balancing experience.
Project management and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and ERP/SAP systems.
Qualification: B.Sc. / Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech (as applicable to the candidates technical background).
