Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated PLC Programmer with 34 years of hands-on experience in

industrial automation and in office commissioning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

designing, programming, testing, and commissioning PLC systems for a variety of industrial

applications. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently at customer sites are

essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and modify PLC programs (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Delta, etc.) based on

project requirements.
Execute HMI/SCADA development (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Wintek, WinCC, FactoryTalk, , etc.).
Perform in office commissioning of automation systems at customer facilities.
Conduct I/O checks, loop testing, and system integration.
Troubleshoot PLC logic and hardware during commissioning and production.
Collaborate with project managers, electrical designers, and mechanical teams to ensure

smooth integration.
Provide technical support during and post-commissioning phases.
Maintain accurate documentation of logic diagrams, program structures, and commissioning





procedures.
Train operators and maintenance teams on system functionality and usage.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
34 years of relevant experience in PLC programming and site commissioning.
Hands-on experience with one or more PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley,

Mitsubishi).
Good understanding of industrial automation systems, electrical schematics, and control

panels.
Familiarity with VFDs, sensors, relays, and other industrial components.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site under varying conditions.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Experience with PLC,HMI, Servo, IoT, or networking protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus,

Ethernet/IP).

• Exposure to P&ID;, control loop tuning, or process automation.

• Knowledge of safety systems and standards (e.g., SIL, ISO 13849).
