Job Description:

As an Domestic Voice Process Associate for a Customer Service Executive domain, you will be responsible for handling customer s from Domestic clients, providing effective and efficient solutions for a range of inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, solid problem-solving abilities,



and the ability to maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound queries from customers in a qualified and friendly manner.
Identify and resolve customer complaints by providing timely solutions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly.
Meet individual and team performance metrics, including handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.
Work Location: Bangalore
Shifts: General Shift (5 days work2 days off)
