Requirements
Robust proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere Pro, with the ability to execute high-quality edits independently.
A solid understanding of design principles, composition, visual storytelling, and creative direction.
Proven ability to operate professional cameras and manage on-set filming requirements.
Solid editing skills, with an eye for detail, pacing, transitions, colour grading, and sound design.
Ability to lead the editing process, maintain creative consistency, and ensure deliverables meet the agency's quality standards.
Strong communication, time management, and team collaboration skills.
The ability to take ownership of projects, manage deadlines, and guide creative execution from concept to final delivery.
