Location: AMR Bommanahalli
Education: PUC mandatory and Graduates (non-engineering background & Post graduation)
Shift: Night Shifts only (5pm to 7am, 9 hours window)
Work Days: 5 days working (2 rotational offs)
Transport: 2-way cab provided
Perks:
Incentives based on performance post-training
Shift Allowance: 150 per day if login post 9PM
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions through international voice support.
Communicate professionally with UK/US customers.
Maintain high standards of customer service and call quality.
